Returns and Exchange Policy
In keeping with our in- store policy: garments or products in their original packaging and condition, including all tags attached can be exchanged for another garment or product of the same value, or an in-store credit - pending the claim is within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please note if the product being purchased differs in value from exchanged item, it is the customers responsibility to pay the owing amount. Return postage is the customer’s expense unless product is deemed faulty by our store in which case a refund of postage cost is possible.
If you suspect that your garment or product has a manufacturer’s fault, please contact us as soon as possible at support@aschofield.com.au
If the garment or product is deemed faulty by the manufacturer, you may be entitled to be a refund.
Social Media Policy
The use of this website involves links to social media and e-mail, therefore any inappropriate or unsavoury behaviour through any of these sources which links to our company or website will be dealt with officially by management.
Any abuse of staff will not be tolerated.
The pricing of certain products fluctuates due to seasonal catalogues and wholesale pricing, expression of concern is welcome if a total does not add up, however, the pricing is set at an acceptable range to uphold the legitimacy of brands and quality.
